Director( Security) - SE Asia
Location: Gurgaon
Division: Security Equipment

The ideal candidate will have 12 – 15 years of experience and should:

• Be a business leader in his / her current assignment with P&L responsibility for a multi product business. • Be exposed to working in a global environment
• Have a proven track record in areas of Business Strategy, Product Marketing & Innovation, Sales Leadership and Business Finance
• Have demonstrated ability to influence and direct resources across multiple functions and organizations.
Educational Background
• Masters in Business Management from reputed Institutes with strong technical skill or technical / operations background.
• B.E / B.Tech
Other Qualifications
• (e.g. Excel skill, etc.) Should be comfortable working with MS Office suite of products

Job Specifications

As a P&L Leader for the Security business in South Asia, the incumbent will be responsible for providing:

Business Leadership:
• Develop & Deploy business strategy to grow Security business
• Lead & Own New Product Initiatives for target market
• Lead & Own localization initiatives for target market
• Leverage existing Supply Chain capability of ACS business to meet targets
• Build & nurture a high performing cross functional team

Sales Leadership:

• Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and necessary Sales strategy to achieve long term and short term goals
• Lead the South Asia sales team for achievement of AOP numbers
• Leverage the existing channels to drive sales
• Ensure profitability and operating margin for the business
