We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

Our Client is an MNC, a flagship entity for the Process Management business in India. The Process Management conglomerate consists of Seven Legal entities which includes business divisions and three engineering centers.

They search a :

Sales Professional , Manager/Asst. Manager ( Sales)– Flow – North Region

reports to: Regional Product Head Flow Division

Factor I: Accountability:

– Responsible for handling Sales (from Quote to Collection) in the North Region for Flow Products, Generating Enquiries in his area, Influencing specifications in projects

– Responsible for handling few Key End Users, Consultants assigned to him

– Scope expansion in terms of selling New products / technology

– Coordinating with factory / Customer Care team for his customer’s order & providing support to factory for getting shipment done

– Coordinate with Internal Sales / Support team for timely proposals / TQ reply

Factor II: Knowledge and Skills – The candidate should be a BE – Instrumentation

With 5-8 years of relevant sales experience

Knowledge and Skills

 Should be technically sound. Should have knowledge and experience in selling process automation products like Coriolis Flow & Density Meters, Coriolis Transmitters, Dedicated Density & Viscosity Meters, Industry Measurement Solutions, Peripherals & Configuration Tools, Service & Support

 Should have strong commercial skills

 Should have experience in ‘Process Automation’ industry
