Designation: Channel Sales Manager ( Sensors )
Location: PuneQualification: BE must, BE+ MBA would be an added advantage

Experience: 7+ years in channel sales

Job Description
• Deliver Annual Operating Plan for Authorised Distributor business
• Should have sound knowledge of Channel management
• Technical knowledge on sensors and applications.
• Manage Distributor relationships and ensure compliance as per strategy
• Rationalize / Grow network to improve market coverage & sales
• Must have managed Distributor network for a similar product range on an all India basis
• Monthly MIS and QBR reviews to be conducted
• Develop Distributor motivational strategies for growth of business and mindshare
• Implement Distributor promotional activities

Candidate Profile
• Multi tasking ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self Starter, proactive in approach
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of taxation
• 7 years with min. 2+ years in similar role function on All India basis
• Knowledge of EM & ES products – added advantage
• Knowledge of sensor ( Proximity, encoders, photo sensors, Flowmeters, Pressure transmitter, pressure sensors, and analyzers ) product is must
