We have been retained by an MNC , in the Automobile Sector to search a

Regional Sales Manager,

Location: Hyderabad, Delhi , MumbaiRegional Sales Manger Role : The RSM will play a key role in implementing Retail excellence initiative and will be directly responsible for the implementation of this program in their respective regions

Responsibilities Include:

• Implementation of best practices covering sales , after sales and customer relationship management
• Responsible for dealer sales performance and achievement of target
• Sales promotion and marketing activities
• Competitor network mapping and monitoring
• Monitoring dealer financial health and performance
• Responsible for training in Basic Sales Skills and Product specific trainings for Sales Consultants for the region
• Monitor customer handling at dealership.
• Monitoring Customer satisfaction index measured by JD Power and Associates
• Service marketing and promotional activities
• Monitoring of Service load at workshops, bay productivity, labour earning and spares consumption
• Monitoring of customer complaints.
• Product feed back to quality department through field trials.
• Handle all customer complaints with dexterity, & maintain the highest quality standards.

The individual should be Hands on having good persuasion , influencing & communication skills . The individual should be able to lead and demonstrate effectively & should have handled Automobile dealerships.
Candidate should have 10-12 years of relevant experience.
