Hi!

We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi . We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by an MNC in the Engineering Sector, a Fortune 500 company, to search a

Sales Leader ,Location: Pune

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred), Masters degree (Business preferred)

• 10 - 15 years experience in sales (previous selling experience in direct and channel, with strong track record of leadership and delivering results.

• A minimum of 5 years experience management experience (sales and / or cross functionally)

• Experience in working for MNC’s and in matrix organizations essential

• Experience working in several industries / areas :

Sensor / Switches, Automation / Control , Industrial, Medical, Test and Measurement, Transportation (automotive and non-automotive)

Skills

• Strong business acumen and financial knowledge – ability to understand the financial impact of decisions being made and to understand multiple aspects of the business (ie, sales, inventory, profitability, ROI).
• Strong leadership impact and results orientation
• Proven strategic thinking skills. Ability to take multiple tasks and bring them together to form a single vision.
• Proven analytical capability (market, customer, competitor) and ability to translate into high impact strategies
• Ability to effectively lead change, both internally and externally, in a positive manner.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong internal & external relationships needed to obtain business objectives

• Ability to positively utilize local, regional and global resources to achieve goals.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills & presentation skills – ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
