Hi!
We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi . We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by an MNC in the Auto Component Sector to search a :

Head – Human Resources

Grade : General Manager
LocationPune

Education :Post graduate in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute.

LanguagesEnglish and Hindi must. Marathi preferable

Reporting
The position reports to Executive Vice President & CFO of the Company. It also has a dotted line reporting to the Divisional HR Head in France / Germany. Advisory inputs would be received from Group HR Head located in Bangalore

Reporting to this position are Plant HR Heads of Jalgaon, Chakan and Manesar. IR is a separate function headed by a General Manager and this position will not have IR reporting into him /her

Age35 - 40 years
Candidate Profile
Professional :Prior experience of 10 – 15 in human resource development and management functions in a progressive environment with contemporary HR practices. Experience in transforming existing personnel management systems and processes to contemporary HR systems and processes is highly desirable.

Experience of working in a multi-plant, multi-location MNC environment having workforce of >700 employees shall be preferred.

Personality Traits

Assertive, able to independently voice opinions to the management, innovative, possesses determination and perseverance. High order of leadership skills, self-driven. Excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills

Responsibilities
Lead the Human Resource team with responsibility for HR, Personnel & Administration and Corporate Communication functions. The role shall include:

1. Implementation of HR processes and systems relating to :
- Manpower planning
- Recruitment /Retention
- Performance Management Systems
- Compensation Benefits and Plans
- Competency mapping and building
- Training and Development
- Succession planning
- Process standardization
- Career development, job rotations
- Manage Personnel activities like salary and wage administration, payroll administration policies etc. while ensuring statutory compliances
- Develop and maintain good employee relations
- PR and communication; both internal and external in HR area
- Advisor to the management in all areas of human resource development
- Aligning HR practices to the business goals
