We have been retained by an MNC in the Engineering and Automation Sector to search a:

Position: Program Manager, Building Solutions Group, India
Level: Sr Manager Level

Reporting to: Regional Operations Head / Head Strategic Projects

Location: Delhi

Qualification: Degree in Engineering, PMP certification desirable

Experience: 12-14 years with last 2-3 years in heading/managing high value / mega infrastructure projects

Candidate profile : Managing a multi crore high end infrastructure project. Should have previous experience in managing / heading such high value mega projects, should have thorough understanding of contract management, should have experience in design and build projects, should have hands on experience of variation claims and change order management. Should have past experience in MEP packages of infrastructure projects, should have experience managing large multi function teams.

Operational responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day activities to meet or exceed client and company expectations and requirements, create operational plans to meet project timelines

Financial responsibilities: Manage project revenue and margin goals, manage project's P&L, monitor spending, approve A/P and expenses, produce monthly close reports and client invoicing and payments within contract terms, coordinate purchasing and inventory reports.

Contract/Customer Relations: Client data and reporting, direct interface with customer and consultant to ensure goals achieved, manage scope changes and resolve mid-level customer issues.
