Work Experience:
• Around 8-12 years MNC Manufacturing work Experience
• Good work exposure to Matrix reporting
Key Deliverables:
• Complete all recruitments as per timelines.
• 100% Performance Development and Salary review implementation
• Key role in TQ deployment
• Establish Employee Communication tools and programmes
• Develop and Implement Learning and Development programmes
• Implement incentive programmes
• Complete employee induction programmes and on-boarding process
• Compliance of labour statutory obligations
• Employee Grievance redressal
• Maintain Employee personal records
• Complete Exit Interviews and exit process
• Closely interact for sharing best practices
• Initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings
• Review and implement employee welfare programmes
• Prepare HR MIS reports
