The candidate should be an MBA ( Finance)/ CA with strong exposure to :



Project Financing
Assessing project funds requirement
Facilitating Venture/Angel Funding
Loan Syndication - Rupee/Foreign Currency Loan
Funds Management
Review, Control & monitor Capital expansion projects
Developed expertise in preparing feasibility studies, financial modeling & due diligence
Involved in acquisitions, strategic tie-ups and procured venture capital investment
Assisted senior management in strategic performance enhancement initiatives
Exposure of working in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment is a must.
Knowledge on ERP and Technology solutions for business monitoring is essential.
Implementation of Finance and Accounting Initiatives with a focus on the Commercial aspect
