Key Skills

Head recruitment end to end.
Man power planning.
Responsible for timely recruitment and induction.. Employee Satisfaction and engagement.
Employee engagement initiatives.
Responsible for Career section on the official website
Training and development.
Single point of contact for all the departmental heads for their man power requirements.
Implementation of HR initiatives in the PMS and Compensation and Benefits Domain
Job Requirements

Designing HR System & Processes for the organization.
Design and implementation of Learning and Development Strategies/ programme for controlling attrition, reward and motivation ,leadership development, career planning for high competency building and mapping
Gap Analysis and Bridging the gap through continuous training to improve the skills coaching for performance, Organize training programme based on the individual training need analysis. Also impart training in soft skills.
Plan, Develop and implement strategy for Organizational learning& development, training n consultation with Department Heads including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
Ensuring managers and employees understand and adhere to the company rules
dispute resolution process
Responsible for the execution of people management issues, particularly around coaching, counselling and conflict management in partnership with line managers .
Plan departmental/ functional training budgets, forecast costs and delegate numbers as required by organizational planning and budgeting systems.
Designing Performance Management System for the Organization.
Design Induction Manual, Employee Handbook, reward &recognition.
Budgeting the departmental cost and Manpower planning
Consult with managers to facilitate the development, implementation and completion of performance improvement plans to ensure individual performance objectives are met.
Partner with managers to recognize key/outstanding performers and ensure appropriate recognition/ motivation/retention plans are in place
