Job Name: Director – Technology (India)
Location: N. Delhi/Ggn, India


Job Responsibilities
The leader will be responsible for all shared services projects around Infrastructure, Technology and Corporate common applications. These initiatives would have broad scope and high impact to businesses in India. Key responsibilities:

- Lead and direct all Network and Telecom initiatives in India. The leader closely works with Technical and Functional domain leaders and is accountable to drive operational excellence and cost benefits to the businesses in India.
- Lead and direct initiatives around consolidation and standardization, with a focus on Operational Excellence and availability to the businesses in India.
- Drive datacenter consolidation initiatives across businesses and consolidate business in-house server rooms.
- Lead and direct End User Services projects across India business and consolidating Level 1 Helpdesk.
- Maintain and drive working relationships across key strategic partners and conduct periodic reviews along-with the India businesses.
- Lead Communication Processes with the business CIO’s/CTO’s in India to update projects and best practice sharing.
- Drive India Information Management Council meetings to strategize and align IT with business objectives.
- Lead and direct corporate projects in India like Oracle Financials, Shared Sourcing System, Payroll project amongst others.
 Champion the Corporate Information Management Leadership Program
 program to build and mentor the Information Management Leadership Pipeline.
- The leader would have overall IT responsibility for the Corporate office in India and will work very closely with different functions to align with Corporate Global application and digitization projects.


Required Experience
- A minimum of 9 years experience in Infrastructure and Applications domain project management, and at least 3-4 years hands-on experience in these technologies.
- Proven leadership skill in both business planning and information technology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and Influencing skills
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Quality and cost driven mindset.

Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Oracle or other ERP applications would be an added advantage.
- Should be a certified Green Belt
- Experience with CAP (Change Acceleration Process)
