We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by a large Cellular Telecom Company , to search an

AGM /DGM( Compensation and Benefits), Location: Mumbai
• Design and implement the compensation benchmarks in the organization in line with the industry benchmarks for levels and skills.
• Proactively monitor the compensation trends
• Manage and implement long term incentive programs and administration of such incentive programs for all employees
• Provide strategic compensation benefit and advise to HR Head and Management in support of them delivering their HR strategies
• Coach other HR peers across the companies on compensation matters
• Compensation projects as required - including development of rewards and recognition tools, contract negotiation support
• Management & coordination with payroll outsourced agency.
• Develop guidelines & ensure implementation of salary fixing guidelines by the Hiring team.
• Maintenance of effective MIS system and providing MIS in timely manner.
• Ensure statutory compliance with respect to Benefits
• Independently handled ISO
• Coordination/Participation in compensation surveys for the company and analysis of market data.
• Responsibility for making the budgetary sanctions for compensation revisions.
• Set up the internal process flows and Service Level Norms for various benefit related policies and their implementation.
• Handled various HR Operational activities like joining, induction, benefit administration, employee relations, grievance management, separations etc.
• Excellent in handling Payrolls with Excellent knowledge of Income Tax
