Business Head ( Advanced Solutions)
Sector: Process Industry
Location: PuneThis position reports into the CEO

Job Description

• 12-15 years experience with pref BE in Chemical or should have understanding of Petrochemical or Refinery business.
• Process industry expert or functional domain expert in IT industry for Petrochemicals and exposure to Business Development.
• Should be able to manage around 100 employees or should have potential to do so.
• Revenue planning for the backlog and Book & Bill projects in Domestic and Exports Profit &Loss. Processes to be streamlined: (a) Invoicing & Collection review, (b) Resource productivity improvement (c) Resource productivity planning, (d) Customer communication and scope management, (e) Quality Management, (f) Project Controls org and process compliance
• Achieve growth through compliance of order booking and booked gross margin target domestic booking in each vertical and strategic initiatives. Define and execute new initiatives in Strategic Planning. Executive sponsorship for key accounts.
• Compliance to standard payment terms and sales processes. Milestone reviews of major projects and support for collection. Weekly progress reporting to customers.
• Active participation in health, safety and environment events. Communication and process orientation on HSE process with Ops team
• Support and sponsor all Six Sigma and other process improvement projects.
