A BE with an MBA from a Premier B School .The candidate should have shown high achievements in Sales Distribution and Channel Development.





Job Description

Manage all sales activities for:

Identifying, prospecting, signing, and building organizational relationships with key customers across all geographies.
Ensuring partner-of-choice behavior from all installers / customers
Create systems and processes to identify sales trends across geographies / customer segments . Create mechanisms to ensure that each sales person can understand and action the sales trends to retain strong customer loyalty, ensure up-sell and cross-sell
Set up sales processes to ensure profitable sales to customers (price negotiation within standard / allowed discount structure; invoice and supply chain coordination; delivery of product and cash collection)
Deliver on all sales targets . Work with product marketing, supply chain and finance / commercial leaders to help meet their profitability, Working capital and net income targets
Develop and implement strategies to ensure a superior value proposition to Indian customers

· Track trends and learnings

· Create mechanisms to capture true voice of customer

· Continuously refine business model (including branch infrastructure, customer relationship management processes, marketing initiatives) to provide superior value proposition to customers

· Help Business leaders at customers to enable their organizations with requisite sales & marketing, technical and customer support capabilities / resources

Create industry networks to establish as the partner of choice for low-voltage automation products

Network with consultants, end-customer professionals, industry organizations
Create networks to ensure information about competition
Develop and foster growth culture - strong sense of urgency, can do attitude, team-player, hate to lose, winning culture

Coach and train sales teams to build strong sales-capabilities
Create and retain a strong pipeline of leaders
Work with the leadership team to build and foster a strong positive culture and winning team in India
