We have been retained by one of the most `Admired Companies in the World' to search a VAT CoE Leader-India , Corporate Level



Location: New Delhi


The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 5-12 years of experience in Indirect Tax Compliances.
Hands on experience on VAT filings, management, advisory and representation to authorities.


Job Description
- Responsible for indirect tax compliance i.e. VAT, Service tax --
- Preparation and filing of VAT and service tax returns.
- Responsibe for liaisoning with business finance teams for collation of data required for tax returns and assessments/audits.
- Responsible for maintenance and procurement of statutory forms and registers as required under VAT and Service tax laws.
- Assist the business finance team in indirect tax accounting including tax provisions.
- Co-ordinating and liaisoning with indirect tax consultants.
- Managing indirect tax assessments and audits.
- Preparation of contingent liability statements for the statutory financials.
- Responsible for co-ordinating and obtaining VAT audit reports from Chartered Accountants.
