Location: New Delhi




The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 3- 4 years of experience in Indirect Tax and Lease Analysis



Job Description


- Assist business tax managers on indirect tax planning --
- Responsible for preliminary analysis of transactions/positions and finalizing the advise after consultation with respective business tax managers.
- Review of agreements and advise indirect tax implications in consultation with business tax managers
- Analysis of leasing transactions including cross-border leases to optimize/minimize tax incidence.
- Analysis of service transactions such as loan fees, credit card services, leases, etc.
- Review of inter-company cross-charges to analyze and minimize indirect tax implications.
