We have been retained by a Professionally Run Business in the Real Estate Sector, having one of the faster growth stories in this Industry to search a Chief Executive Officer ( Residential Vertical), Location: Pune/Mumbai



The candidate should be an Engineer with 15-25 yrs rich exposure in Construction of Residential Townships/ Complexes .He should have developed successful working teams in this Industry. Ability to put together an effective team and spear head performance is desired.

1) Technical knowledge of construction
2) Done mainly residential / township / group housing kind of developments
3) Understands marketing, sales and strategy.
4) Understands how to create and implement a business plan to build, market and sell a large number of residential units and who will bring over a core team to look into individual technical, marketing activities etc...
5) He must have great leadership qualities



Job Description



Techno-commercial Functions
Effective management of the entire business operations and developing need based solutions to meet the specific requirements as well as handling pre & post sales operations.
Formulating & implementing strategies for the growth of business opportunities and maintaining consistent profitability.
Preparing technical & commercial offers/ proposals along with handling tender/ contract/billing related formalities & documentation.
Liaison with government bodied and agencies to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements and securing clearances and approvals.
Project Management
Overall management of construction projects and monitoring the progress of work in terms of cost, resource deployment, time over runs and quality compliance.
Effective planning and scheduling ensure completion of project safely, within time & cost parameters.
Leading and motivating large teams of workers and professionals and handling allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile.
Monitoring the progress of work to ensure adherence to the technical specifications and generating detailed project report.
Quality Assurance
Adapting and implementing stage by stage quality monitoring system to ensure adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.
Materials & Stores Management
Effective material resource planning to ensure ready availability of all consumables with minimum inventory levels.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards for all incoming materials.
Monitoring the flow materials to & from stores and implementing measures for effective stores management.
Team Management
Leading and motivating the team to ensure execution of projects within time & budgetary parameters.
