We have been retained by a Fertilizers and Petrochemicals Corporation ( Turnover-Rs 560 crs) in Pune to search an
Executive Assistant to VC & MD – at GM / VP Level

Job Description • Assist VC & MD in all his day to day activities and provide end to end assistance in deployment of growth plans.
• Prepare various reports and analyze information for strategic planning / decision-making.
• Keep tap on status of various management aspects of routine management reports, prepare reports on special matters, collect data on critical matters.
• Participate and coordinate strategic formulation meetings within the company.
• Keep VC & MD abreast of current trends in economy, industry, business environment.

Candidate Profile* Ideal candidates will be BE / B.Tech with MBA (Finance) preferably from reputed institutes

• Should be speedy in processing information and documentation for decision making.
• Must possess strong analytical abilities with skills in anticipating problems.
• Should have sound knowledge of metrics and good understanding of finance.
• Must be able to coordinate with various business heads & process heads and be good at managing group processes.
• Should believe in collaborative management and working style.
Experience* 10 to 20 years in mid sized organizations, preferably in chemical / fertiliser industry
Age range 35 to 45 years
