We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management We have been retained by a leading player in the Healthcare Services Sector, to search an Assistant Manager -Human Resources.

(Functional) Senior Manager HR

Qualifications
o MBA (HR);
o 3 – 8 Years of experience in an organization of repute. Preferably from healthcare/service industry


Principal Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing all Senior Management payroll(CSE)
· Responsible for managing payroll of-Corporate
· Preparation and circulation of Senior Management MIS for allocation of units Payroll variance analysis.
· Developing quality checks at every stage of salary processing which result in minimizing error rate.
· Responsible for collating and generating a monthly HR MIS
· Have salary audits completed seamlessly and resolve issues to close gaps.
· Assist in finagling compensation in respect of Senior Management resource.
· Assist in administering Annual Employee Appraisal Process and disbursement of annual performance awards based upon individual rating and annual business performance
· Issuing , tracking and co-ordinating retainership, renewals and closure for doctors
· Assist on any specific HR initiatives from time to time.
