Hi!We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by an MNC in Bangalore to search Professionals for:



Position Title : Technical Leadership Program – Multilin / UPS


Reports To : Assignment Leader / Program Manager




Job Specifications:

1)Will have three 8-month assignments in different commercial functions of Multilin or UPS product lines, which cover sales, applications, product management roles, possibly in different region & countries
2)Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products/technical advice to address those needs
3)Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different scenario
4)Other projects and measurements defined by assignment leaders
5)Will travel within and across the region


Job Qualifications:

1)2-3 years experience in sales, application engineering or product management fields of power monitoring/protection products, digital energy products.
2)Bachelor/Master Degree, majored in Electrics/Electrical Engineering.
3)Passionate in sales, application or product management career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
4)Geographic mobility all over Asia; willing to travel
5)Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
6)Fluent in English is a plus
