Hi!We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by an MNC in Bangalore to search a:

Manufacturing Finance Manager - C & I , Bangalore

REPORTING TO: CFO

NO. OF REPORTEES: ~ 14 nos


KEY ATTRIBUTES: ESSENTIAL DESIRED

Educational Qualifications: CA ICWA, ERP training/qualification esp Oracle/QAD


Experience - No. of Years ~ 5 years Product costing, manufacturing finance in process
industries, working in a manufacturing plant

Soft Skills: eg Leadership etc Strong analytical skills, People management, ability to Strong potential to grow into CFO position
interact with other senior function leaders, keen depending on profile/experience of candidate appreciation of manufacturing processes, Ability to
interact and present analysis to cross border teams

Any Additional Qualifications None in specific Worked earlier in a cross country reporting
environment

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Variance analysis, Costs analysis Cost reduction drive, experience
Overview of ERP and process improvements Experience in supplier finance initiatives
Inventory aeging, obsolescence, MIS, reconciliation
Inventory valuation, Local Stat Audit in related areas
Owning the SOA/SOP for AP and inventory process
Projects Accounting
Pricing and import startegy
Negotiation skills
