We have been retained by an MNC in the business of Manufacturing of Diesel Gensets in Pune to search Professionals in Corporate Strategy and Business Development to be based in Pune.

The Candidate should be an Engineer with an MBA from a reputed institute with 6-9 YEARS experience in Corporate Strategy..Female Candidates are preferred for this role
Core Job Responsibilities:

· Work closely with India Corporate Office. Take up the role in facilitating synergies within India . Link India strategy with Inc Corporate Strategies.
· Revisit and update India Strategy as it relates to market conditions, competition, new opportunities, and regulatory agencies / affairs.
· Support the various business units in conducting strategic analysis, defining initiatives and in implementing the various strategies
· Implement special projects for the Chairman Office.
· Support and take a leadership role in leading partnerships, alliance, acquisition or divestiture projects
· Implement initiatives related to Branding, Customer Support Excellence and Cummins Operating System.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

· Excellent analytical skills, ability to think logically and “out of the box”
· Excellent understanding of Finance, Sales and Marketing and Operations and analytical techniques to evaluate projects.
· Be comfortable with ambiguity and change and variety in terms of assignments and go the ‘extra mile” in all assignments.
· Willingness to take leadership roles and positions and lead diverse cross-functional teams
· Proficient in use of computers - MS Office
· Willingness to travel extensively
· Good networking and interpersonal skills
· Excellent oral and written Communication skills
· Have Values consistent
· Resourceful, creative and quick learner
· Good understanding of Engineering businesses
