We have been retained by a Professionally Managed , Growing brand in the Steel Industry in Chennai to search:
Position :- Sr.Mgr / Mgr - Iron Ore Sourcing

Key Functions:

Procurement of sponge iron grade Iron Ore in large quantities.
Identifying new mines and vendors.
Testing of Iron Ore.
Managing a team of 3- 6 sourcing executive.
Preparation of Monthly MIS
Strict adherence to sourcing procedures
Ensuring the timely delivery of Iron ore to the manufacturing plant

Key Attributes:

Knowledge of Iron Ore and local condition.
High on integrity.
Good negotiation and networking skills.
Man management skills.
Strong relationship with Iron Ore mine owners.
Good communication skills.

General conditions:

Requires lot of traveling.

Experience:- 10 – 15 yrs of Iron Ore sourcing.

Qualification: - Preferably B.Sc / M.Sc – Geology / Mining / Chemistry.

Location: Bellary
