Product Manager ( Flow )

Hi!We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by an MNC in providing Engineering Solutions to search
Position / Designation : Product Manager ( Flow Meters), ( All India)

Experience and Qualification Summary :
Qualifications : B.E. Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical
MBA in Marketing (Desired, but not essential)
Compensation :
At Par with Industry Standards

Essential Function/Responsibilities

The candidate should have good exposure to Process/Oil and Gas Vertical
Sales Manager, responsible for Sales of a Product Line in a particular region. The candidate should have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Instrumentation Product Sales and marketing and have closed deals himself for big clients. The role requires the candidate to effectively interact with Sr. Executives and Decision Makers in the customer organization.

The responsibility includes selling different types of Sensing Equipment Devices or similar Instruments to End User Industries, OEM Segments, EPC Contractors and Consultants.

Qualification/Requirements :
Degree in Engineering (preferable Instrumentation or Electronics/Electrical Engineering)
Proven capabilities in delivering on stretch targets
Experience in Process Industries like Oil & Gas, Power, Steel and/or in Pharmaceuticals, Automotive and Industrial applications
Good presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
Exposure to Commercial Negotiations and Pricing
Ability to penetrate new markets and companies
Growth Driver with enormous energy and positive aggression
Openness to travel a lot
Computer Proficiency (MS Office
