Hi!We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by an Offshore arm of a Global Insurance Player to search a Manager/ Asst. Manager- Audit to be based in Pune.

REPORTS TO: HEAD OF AUDIT

EXPERIENCE
· 4-10 years relevant business experience in Risk Assurance Processes
· Working knowledge of risk identification and defining practical solutions for management.
· Project management experience.
· Evidence of proven career track record and consistent record of achievement.
· Experienced in building relationships with senior management.
· Team working.

· To assist the business in the identification of strategic and operational business risks.
· To provide objective assessment of the effectiveness of controls over these risks.
· To provide advice and share best business practice in support of business objectives.
· To deliver quality Group Audit products and services to the business.
· To assist in positive contribution to business practice improvements.
To lead projects of a complex nature
