We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management.

We have been retained by a Global Player in the Real Estate Sector.They have an exposure for investment in Real Estate Sector in India, they search a Business Analyst/Associate Consultant ( Real Estate Sector) to be based in Mumbai.

This position reports to the Principal Consultant , India and SE Asia


The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant /MBA ( Finance) with 2 - 10 years exp in analysis and financing patterns in the real estate industry .
The candidate should have a good exposure to :
Financial projections( IRR Model)
Funding Patterns
This position is based in Mumbai
