Manager/Senior Manager - Sales( DCS, Flow Instruments), Surat


Hi! We are from Resources-India Consultants, New Delhi. We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management. Our Client an MNC is a flagship entity for the Process Management business in India. The Process Management conglomerate consists of Seven Legal entities which includes business divisions and three engineering centers. We search a : Manager/Senior Manager - Sales Title this job reports to: Regional Head Division: Central General Sales (Surat) Factor I: Accountability: – Handling and taking full fledge responsibility for sales under a specific geographical territory. – Over all branch administration – Accomplish Division wise sales target in terms of volume and value under niche product and individual verticals under a given time frame specified by the top. – Contribute in setting yearly bookings and sales targets, based on prospective customer information. Support the target achievement by winning key projects in close working relationship with the regional offices. – Consultative selling for all the divs. (DCS, Measurement Flow & Analytical) for key identified customers. – Scope expansion to grow existing business. Look for new customers & applications to grow overall business. – Responsible the overall collections in the branch. – Handle any other responsibilities identified from time to time to grow the business. – Co-ordinate offers / bids for products and systems for sale. – Taking initiative for “One India Integration” – Independently handling major projects and customers. Scope Data Handling product launch (in case of niche product) strengthen sales channel by effectively handling sales channel and adding up customers. Factor II: Knowledge and Skills Knowledge and Skills How Used • B.E (Instrumentation / Electronics), Diploma (Inst/ Elect) • 8 -15 years of industry experience • Good technical knowledge, communication and Interpersonal skills. • Excellent Sales, Marketing skills. • Understanding of various product and processes of different divisions. • To support and improve sales process of the organization. • Handling product launch, featuring product over competitors by effective product differentiation strategies. . Factor III: Supervision Direct reporting to the regional head. Position is based in Surat. Factor IV: Relationships Frequent communication with the customers (placing the order and after sales support). Providing regular update to regional head and divisional heads.
