Resources-India is into Executive Search from Senior to Mid Level Management We have been retained by a large Business House in the Real Estate Sector in Mumbai to search a: Position: Head – Planning Location: Pune Experience : A Btech with 15- 22 years of experience Objective of the Role: • Shoulder managerial responsibilities & guide the team. • Ensure adherence to a well-defined planning and monitoring system. • Implement & ensure effective processes for collecting, collating & analysing project information. • Generate accurate & effective MIS reports. • Ensure timely availability of project status reports and updates to senior management and concerned departments. Skill & know how: • Must have expertise in planning & project management skills including planning software’s. • Ability to synthesize and analyse data. • Must be well versed in all construction activities. • Key Responsibilities: • Acquire information on current and upcoming projects. Understand project specifics, scope and project deliverables. • Track project status and analyse reports. • Guide team members for preparation of project launch & review meetings. • Allocate responsibilities & ensure productivity. • Monitor & verify project schedules, obtain approvals regularly from top management. Control change of baseline for projects. • Analyse critical issue reports and update the management. Suggest inputs for minimizing issues &criticalities. • Coordinate with various levels of management & HODs for smooth functioning of department. • Attend and resolve issues related to reports generated. • Obtain reports for cash flow & budget analysis. Ensure issue of liaison certificate on 1st of every month as this is the basis for banks to release funds. • Facilitate SAP related process. Ensure creation of correct and coordinated SAP Project structures. • Assist finance, sales and liaison to forecast projected progress for consecutive financial years based on current progress. • Manage a team of planning engineers.
