• The candidate should be an Engineer with an MBA with 8-10 years of experience, preferably from Aerospace/Automotive/General Engineering Industries

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, since interaction is with a Global set of Clients
• technically very sound(The business of our Client is hard core technical…hence focus on academic performance in Engineering and subsequent work experience…..the ideal candidate would have experience both in production and sales/marketing), high ability in long term customer relationship management at various levels of customer organization, New business development aptitude, flexible to travel a lot.
