Role Summary The position will be the site contact for the ERP system in Bangalore, India. He/she will be expected to partner with the site leads to define requirements, manage a team of consultants to ensure the quality delivery of those requirements, and work with the rest of IT to ensure the site is following standards.


Essential Responsibilities –
•Serve as representative for the India business to IT Corporate, and back from IT to the India branches.
•Actively participate in the project conceptualization and requirements phases to ensure the implementation of most efficient and leaned business processes.
•Collaborate with multiple projects and operations teams to ensure designs conform to best-in-class architecture and business standards with top-class maintainability
•Be updated with new industry and technology trends and leverage them in business for maximum returns on investment.
•Establish and administer best-in-class standards and process workflows such as Coding Standards, Code/Design Reviews, Migration paths, Data Archival etc. leading to more reliable systems and more productive ways of working


Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or related or equivalent experience
•Prior experience with ERP systems
•Ability to effectively communicate, facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization and across functional lines
•Demonstrated ability to excel in a global matrix organization
•Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver
•Ability to propose and sell solutions with applicable Cost-Benefit Analysis
•Passionate for Technology with a constant thirst to learn new tools and functional processes
•Ability to manage and execute on concurrent deadlines and multiple projects
•Flexible work schedule - able to adjust availability to work with international teams

Desired Characteristics

IT Skills which is desired but not a MUST:

• Six-Sigma Green Belt certified
• LEAN experience
• Demonstrated application of Change Acceleration Process (CAP)
• General knowledge of IT Infrastructure
