India Key Account Manager for Power Generation segment

Hi!

We have been retained by an MNC ,in the Non Destructive Testing ( NDT Domain) to search a

Position Title - India Key Account Manager for Power Generation segment
Location Gurgaon, India
Role Summary/Purpose –

This role will drive sales of Inspection Technologies in India for the power generation segment, reporting to both the National Sales Manager in India and the Global Power Generation segment leader
Essential Responsibilities –

* Revise and select Country Key Accounts for India
* Develop a deep understanding of each Key Account's business and the specific drivers for growth
* Manage selected Global and Country Key Accounts
* Fully responsible for each defined Key Account including Sales Strategy, NPI (New Product Introduction) and price strategy
* Develop deep relationships within all management and technical levels within the Key Accounts
* Work successfully within the greater regional organization and closely with the Regional Sales colleagues
* Close cross-functional cooperation with all relevant functions, like e.g. Engineering, Product Management and Marketing * Provide continuously feedback to the Sales Organization and the P&L Leaders on all information that could improve our product range, strategic sales approach and competitor information.
Qualifications/Requirements –
* Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably NDT experience in Power Generation applications
* Proven leadership track-record
* Sales, negotiation and Project Management skills
* Analytical - able to understand analysis and drive actions from it
* Experience in at least one modalities from among: digital x-ray, ultrasound, eddy current
* Strong relationship builder and customer focused Team Player
* Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize and achieve deadlines
* Good communicator both written and verbal
* Demonstrated presentation skills
* PC literate - Excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
* Deep understanding of our competitions product range and sales strategy sold within each Key Account
