Lead Engineer ( OTS- Operator Training Simulator)
Location: Pune

Division: Advanced Solutions

Job Description/ Roles & Responsibility –
- Lead Engineer – 6 - 10yrs, Qualifications – B.Tech Chemical / M.Tech Chemical.
- Should have worked on at least one complete cycle of simulation.
- Manage the development & function & design of a project.
- Responsible for making project specific standards.
- Ensures the final delivery meets quality specifications.
- Interface with customer, project manager on techno-commercial issues.
- Should have worked on simulation software’s like HYSYS, Aspen, Chemcad, and HTRI etc.
- Should have people management skills & excellent communication.
- Must have the capability to lead a team of Engineers.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.

The candidate should have relevant exp in simulation of 1.5 yrs & above. If he has a production background with a good training in Process Simulation / Process Design / Refinery Operations background could also be considered.
