We have been retained by an MNC in the Engineering and Automation Sector to search a Lead Engineer -Simulation (OTS-Operator Training Simulator), Location: Pune
The candidate should be a B.Tech Chemical / M.Tech Chemical.

Yrs of exp – 6 - 10 yrs

Job Description/ Roles & Responsibility
- Should have worked on at least one complete cycle of simulation.
- Manage the development & function & design of a project.
- Responsible for making project specific standards.
- Ensures the final delivery meets quality specifications.
- Interface with customer, project manager on techno-commercial issues.
- Should have worked on simulation software’s like HYSYS, Chemcad, and HTRI etc.
- Should have people management skills & excellent communication.
- Must have the capability to lead a team of Engineers.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
