Human Resource Leadership Program( HRLP), Location: New Delhi

A challenging, rotational program focused on accelerated development of top potential human resources talent for the purpose of creating a robust pipeline for senior HR leadership roles across the Group


HRLP Program

A two-year program consisting of:

Ø Three challenging eight-month assignments (two in HR, one cross-functional)

Ø Cross-business projects

Ø Formal classroom training

Ø Extensive contact with peers

Ø Round tables with senior leaders

Ø Expansion of your knowledge base, critical prolem-solvin skills and professional network

Ø Currently 110 members across the globe

Ø Masters with 1-4 years of HR experience
