Experience and Qualification Summary :

The candidate should be from a Premier Institute with 12-20 years of experience .
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant HR is a must. Last 5 years should be as Head of HR with a company strong on HR Initiatives, viz .Training and Development of Senior Management, PMS and a strong hold on IR and Labour relations.
