We have been retained by an MNC in the Automation Domain Title Marketing Leader
City Bangalore
Essential Responsibilities –

• Strategy creation, segmentation and direction, overall market vision of automation business
• Drive commercial excellence and business innovation. Lead growth play- book for India and go-to-market execution
• Closing gaps and increase market coverage through partnerships, alliances & collaborations
• Develop a product marketing strategy and do customer / consultant specification analysis
• Efficiency analysis of existing channels and creation of new ones
• Comparative analysis of our products with respect to competition
• Identify key product strengths to specifications into customer RFQs & tenders
• Create product positioning strategy vis-à-vis application, customer, industry, vertical, etc.
• Organize road shows and presentations in cohesion with regional sales teams
• Conduct Webinars & product presentations for internal teams, integrators and customers
• Create demand with white papers, application notes, success stories and reference lists
• Provide pre-bid technical support to sales and help in getting customer & consultant approvals
• New product assimilation and transfer knowledge to sales and channels
• Identify key product gap enhancements and new features and devise strategy to overcome these with help of global product team


Qualifications/Requirements –
Bachelor of Engineering – Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation

Desired Characteristics - MBA Marketing with 10-15 years of strong leadership exposure
Sound technical & commercial knowledge
Domain or vertical expertise preferred
