Position: Sales Operations Manager – South Asia
Directly Reports to: General Manager, South Asia

Division: Security Solutions Group
Job Description

The major responsibilities of the position are to:

Primary
1. Build a highly perform and committed team. To maximize the team performance to achieve the goals and objectives

2. Manage and ultimately be responsible for the department cost % supply chain cost control and AOP

3. Manage and ensuring effective communications within teams and other departments, and efficiency team resources and workload

4. Set up, standardize, implement and optimize Sales Inventory Operation Planning (SIOP) process for South Asia

5. Lead the Security CP/S, logistics / supply chain projects for South Asia and support or liaise with APAC teams as required from time to time


Supply Chain Management
6. Be overall responsible and accountable for the supply chain team in accurate delivery time, accuracy, provide best quality service and lowest cost

7. Target to have cost saving for the supply chain

8. To work with Product Marketing team in inventory control / IOS inventory reduction, and delivery inventory / IOS inventory AOP target

9. Responsible finished good purchasing process (P2P) and ensure vendor payment terms fully implemented in South Asia

10. To update and understand the processes and regulations of South Asia/India Customs, Import and export and to supervise SCM working with agents to have the best customs duty rate and contract terms.


Customer Service Management

11. Effectively meet customers’ need, build and manage productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction

12. Responsible and accountable to set up, standardize, implement and optimize the C2C process

13. Accountable for the daily collection and weekly aging report & analysis. Control all customers credit and payment status to ensure comply with Global Credit & Treasury Services (GCTS) policy

14. Work with Finance team / GCTS team for the new accounts credit application / set up as well as semi-annual customer credit review.

15. Provide sales report and monthly analysis by customers, sales rep, LOB, locations and other weekly management reports as required.

16. Work with the localisation team for set up and thereafter support operations as per defined requirements


Warehouse management /General
17. Carry out hazard and risk assessments and analysis for office and warehouse environment as per company policy and procedures

18. Actively contribute to continuous improve the work environment

19. Supervise warehouse operations and ensure periodic checks and balances

20. To co-ordinate IT department to ensure IT software support for seamless reporting



Requirement:
1. Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Logistic / Supply Chain Management or related discipline
2. Minimum 8 years or above work experiences in managerial level with degree holder
3. Aware of Indian taxation and import/export procedures and norms
4. Ability to lead, manage and develop employees to maximise their potential and deliver business results
5. Ability to interact with customers, manage their expectations and build long-term partnerships
6. Initiative and independent, able to work under pressure
7. A good team player with interpersonal skills and committed
8. Good in communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills
9. Good command of PC knowledge, spoken & written English
