Position: HR Leader

Location: Bangalore
Qualification: MBA in Human Resource from Premier Institute
Experience: 4-6 year(s) of working experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a generalist role and 2 years in heading Recruitments.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess an.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to drive change.
• Team player and ability to partner effectively with client groups.
• Great assessment and coaching skills.
• Strong & proven execution & ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Leader - Clinical Systems, provide generalist HR support for the Commercial (sales/ service) , Manufacturing and Engineering teams to include employee relations, performance management, recruiting, administration of compensation and benefits programs, change management, local employee database, training/development, and talent management.
• Hiring Process owner for the organization - including sourcing, selection and induction of talent
• Support the performance management process for the organization.
• Focus on identifying functional and technical development needs & ensure training to develop employees.
• Lead the deployment of Talent Development programs across functions
• Lead the employee engagement initiatives for the organization, including employee communication programs.
• Communicate HR processes to employees; assists employees with benefits and other HR programs; identify HR process improvements - learns and applies Six Sigma methods to HR processes.
• Drive human resources practices and policies and ensure standardization and consistency in application of human resource practices and policies.
• Participate in compensation & benefits management process for the organization.
