We are into Executive Search and Selection from Senior to Middle level management We have been retained by an MNC, world's leading Medical Technology Company, with revenues of $11.3 billion .Their operations are primarily focused on providing therapeutic, diagnostic, and monitoring systems for cardiovascular, neurological, diabetes, spinal, and ear, nose and throat markets.

They search a Head of Information Technology , Location: Mumbai
DEPARTMENT: Information Technology

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The purpose of the job is to ensure that the Organisation is able to be connected to every Business activity area so that information can flow effectively to the key stakeholders and the Organisation.

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evolve the IT strategy for the Business and implement the same.
• Partner with the Business Leaders and other functional leaders to simplify processes with e processes ( automation and workflows)
• Managing the IT networks
• Understand, introduce and implement ERP systems like SAP , JD Edwards etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implementation of the IT security Policy.
• Facilitate the availability of real time information to the key stake holders so that key stakeholders can take effective decisions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
* MBA ( Systems ) / BE / BE.Tech in computer Science
* Proven support of having provided IT support is preferred.
JOB EXPERIENCE
• 8 ~ 12 years
* Industry experience
FMCG / Companies with proven track record of providing IT Support in areas of sales and marketing , Supply chain HR etc.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
• Strong analytical skills
• Excel knowledge
• Project Management
• Effective team player
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in matrix organizations *
